Heavy-duty batteries are designed specifically for facilities where maximum power is required for a UPS battery life of 10-15 minutes. Batteries are made using AGM – Absorbed Glass Matt technology, in which the electrolyte in the separator is held in a special glass fiber and is 100% non-flowing. The technology provides minimal gas emission, which can be neglected, therefore HRX-W is used in uninterruptible power supplies even in office premises. HR in the series name means High Rate and provides for the adaptation of characteristics to short-term currents. The X index indicates the highest energy efficiency at "short" currents. The value in the name means how much power, in watts per cell, the battery provides for 15 minutes. Increased energy efficiency in this series is possible due to the modified combination and design of the plates. The material of the body and lid is fireproof ABS plastic.
